Editorial Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Binnz aims to publish accurate, useful, original, and understandable technology journalism and guidance for a global audience.
Editorial priorities
Our primary priorities are usefulness, factual accuracy, clarity, relevance, and reader trust.
We do not intentionally publish content simply to increase page count or imitate material that is already widely available without adding meaningful value.
Sourcing
For important factual claims, we prefer authoritative sources such as official company documentation, product documentation, standards bodies, regulators, security advisories, academic work, direct statements, and other primary sources where practical.
Secondary reporting may be used when it adds context or when primary information is unavailable. Claims should be attributed when attribution helps readers understand the source or level of certainty.
Verification
Writers and editors should verify important names, dates, figures, product details, quotations, security claims, policy changes, and other material facts before publication.
Opinion and analysis
Opinion or analysis should not be presented as undisputed fact. When a subject is uncertain, evolving, or contested, the article should communicate that uncertainty appropriately.
AI-assisted tools
Binnz may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with research organization, outlining, drafting, editing, translation support, or production workflows.
AI output is not treated as an authoritative source. Material intended for publication should be reviewed for accuracy, originality, context, usefulness, and misleading claims before publication.
Advertising and editorial independence
Advertisers and sponsors do not receive the right to dictate independent editorial conclusions. Sponsored material, when published, should be clearly identified.
Updates and corrections
Articles may be updated when facts, products, security conditions, or policies materially change. Significant factual errors should be handled in accordance with our Corrections Policy.
