Your Privacy Choices

Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and targeted advertising, and exercise your US state privacy rights.

Last updated:

This page explains how residents of California and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising on Binnz, and how to make other privacy requests. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Md Junayet Munshi does not sell personal information for money. However, like most free websites, we allow advertising partners such as Google to collect information through cookies and similar technologies (for example, cookie IDs, IP address and browsing activity on our Site) to show and measure ads, including targeted ads. Under some state laws this may count as a “sale” of personal information or “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising. You have the right to opt out.

How to opt out

  1. Use our privacy message. Where it is shown, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” option in the privacy message or link on our Site. Your choice applies to the browser and device you are using.
  2. Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser. Google also receives GPC signals from users in applicable states and applies restricted data processing to those ad requests. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
  3. Email us. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share” and your state of residence. Because the information involved is linked to cookies on your browser rather than to your name, please also use options 1 or 2 so the opt-out can apply to your browser.
  4. Industry tools. You can also limit personalised ads through Google Ads Settings, aboutads.info/choices and the NAI opt-out page.

If you clear your cookies, use a different browser or device, or use private browsing, you may need to opt out again. Opting out does not remove ads; the ads you see will be less tailored to you.

Other privacy requests

Depending on your state, you may also ask to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information. Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request”, say which right you want to exercise and your state of residence. We may need to verify your identity before we respond, and we will respond within the time required by law.

Authorised agents

You may use an authorised agent to make a request for you. The agent must provide proof that you gave them signed, written permission, and we may ask you to confirm your identity directly with us.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you can appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Appeal”. If you are not satisfied with the result of the appeal, you may contact your state Attorney General.

Non-discrimination

We will not deny you access to the Site, charge you a different price or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.

Visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland

If you are in these regions, personalised advertising only happens with your consent. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using the privacy and cookie settings link or button on the Site.
